Intro that leads into the intro of individuals.
Welcome and thank you… to some this is definitely not a new topic as there’s several in the audience that have taken a similar approach and work with the CNGL, Welocalize or other industry partners in the program.
We thought it would be an interesting panel discussion to open up the discussion a bit and share from their perspectives how this collaborative effort is progressing, some of the drivers that brought the teams together, a closer look at a specific track that again many of you in the room are participating in and what the desired outcomes are from a business or operational perspective.
Business needs
Strategy
Innovation
Open a few thought provoking statements. Focusing tone and messaging on business drivers that’s prompting us to look for alternatives to traditional processes…
Open discussion with the panel:
What are the key trends, challenges or motivations that brought the 3 groups together?
What kind of KPI’s or outcomes do you track to measure success?
Depending on the flow of the conversation we might go deeper into specific Q&A….
Julien: Traditionally as a buyer of services can you provide some perspective on how you and the team have generally address innovation or how you’ve managed the complexity of the business?????
Olga: As a Service provider are you ever asked to deliver a service that is not quite the right fit to your client’s need and how have you addressed the growing complexity and ever changing requirements coming your way ????
Diane: You have an interesting role at CNGL, can you speak a bit on the goals and drivers that CNGL is focused on that are driving change and advancements in the market and how that strategy is progressing?
We will now have a closer look at how this engagement is now starting to deliver real outcomes for the business and evolve our relationships and dependencies.
