Ramadan 28, 1431 The Month of Ramadan
1. Ramadan 28, 1431- The Month of Ramadan 2010- Episode 28 What have you achieved so far?
2. Maybe you have … You have fasted, and attended Taraweeh, you have recited the Qur’an and hopefully you read some of the Ahadeeth of The Holy Prophet Muhammad ( peace and blessings be him), maybe you have paid your Zakaat , gave to charity and possibly you offered many Iftardinners……
3. Have you asked yourself…? How different is your relationship with Allah ( swt) now in comparison to the beginning of Ramadan? Do you Know HIM better, are you closer to Him, have you returned to Him?
4. Ask yourself… Do you understand the Sunnah a little better and you have made your resolution to adhere to it? Did you realise that loving Allah, His prophet, and your parents means also obedience? Have you mended and restored relationships with relatives, friends and neighbours? Is your realtionship with your wife/husband/children more harmonious?
5. Ask yourself…. If yes, do yourself a favour and carry this Ramadan spirit not only for the duration of the month of Ramadan but every day for the rest of your life. If not, W H E N?
6. There is still time… This blessed month of Ramadan is with us for a few more days… Inshallah as “ tomorrow is never promised.” But you are here and now so… Start now….. And take full benefit of the remaining days and the rest of your life!!!
7. Ask yourself…. What is the biggest thing you have achieved in the past 28 days….This question does not include hunger or thirst… If you feel you have achieved Nothing, do not despair.
8. Allah Says… Except those who repent and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed). These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful. (Al-Baqarah 2:160)
