methodologies for ELECTRONIC TOLL COLLECTION (ETC) and to develop recommendation
for the best ways to implement toll collection in the metropolitan area. The intent of the project was
to determine which tolling mechanisms maximize effectiveness of toll collection while minimizing
traffic impacts.
