The founders of MotoBros (or the “Company”) are looking to issue a 5-yr loan of £400K to finance its business plan.
This document (“Investment Overview”) is being provided to a limited number of parties and is intended to facilitate a preliminary
review of MotoBros. After executing a Confidentiality Agreement, interested parties will receive a Confidential Information
Memorandum and a process letter, which will include detailed instructions regarding the next steps in the process.
