9. EXECUTIVE UNITE: EXECUTIVE BOARD
Maciej Sadowski: Co-founder and CEO.
Former manager and sales coach in early and medium stage
startups. Business analyst and academic teacher, PhD
candidate at the University of Warsaw (analytical philosophy,
political sciences).
Piotr is an investment professional with proven experience in
VC, PE and M&A environment: executive officer at seed
capital funds, with robust skills in management and investments
evaluation, combined with developed communication skills.
Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (master
degree).
10. EXECUTIVE UNITE: SUPERVISORY BOARD
Marek Borzestowski: entrepreneur, founder of Wirtualna Polska, the first Polish internet
portal, and a number of other leading companies. Partner in Giza Polish Ventures.
The President of SHP supervisory board.
Robert Dziubłowski: entrepreneur, investor in a number of high-tech startups. In the early
nineties, Robert was one of the first Polish stock brokers and investment consultants on
Wall Street. Advisor to many multinational companies investing in Poland.
Zygmunt Grajkowski: corporate finance & technology investments expert. Zygmunt
holds a postgraduate diploma in Capital Investments and Financial Management
(Wrocław University of Economics). Managing Partner in Giza Polish Ventures.
Marek Trojanowicz: CTO at InteliWISE, specialist in web technologies, entrepreneur and
chief of numerous tech-companies, startup promoter. Reworded Polish start-uper.
