Ethanol is colourless liquid with a pleasant
smell.
It is completely miscible with water.
In general 95% alcohol are produce.
100% alcohol is known as absolute alcohol.
It is prepared by distillation of fermented
sugar.

Yeast is mix with molasses and water.
Acid is mix for maintain pH about 4.
