Territory Assignment to Leads (GA)
Previously, only Accounts and Opportunities could directly be assigned to territories. Now,
you can assign Leads to one or multiple territories. This gives you a new way to measure
the potential of territories based on lead volume, and increase collaboration between
sales and marketing teams, without the need for complicating lead sharing rules.
Use custom amount or quantity fields
Rollup custom number and currency fields to make sure your key pipeline metrics reflect
the way you do business. Now admins can specify the most important measures used by
their org, and end users can create their own saved views for the different ways they
inspect their deals.
Previously, the standard Amount
field wasn’t inline editable on
opportunity list views. Now you
can inline edit the Amount field
in Pipeline Inspection, for deals
without opportunity line items
attached.
Reps can now manage all tasks from a
single window, with improved usability
including custom labeling, drag and
drop, and panel interactivity.
The To do list is aimed to make reps
more productive by:
●viewing and managing everything you
have to do in one place
●prioritizing your day, quickly viewing the
most relevant tasks
●taking action with just the right
information, always up to date

1.
2.
3.
4.
- It provides our customers with Real time data
- Salesforce Genie can:
● store ALL data about our customer’s customer (billions and billions
of records), e.g.; CRM data, web data, product engagement data
● unify all of this data into a unified customer profile
● ingest data and make profile updates and calculated insight
adjustments based on this data, in REAL-TIME. e.g.; updates to
customer-lifetime-value based on a particular interaction.
What’s the net new functionality of Salesforce Genie?
Ecopreneurs Drive Creation of Carbon Credits
Ecopreneur implements
a carbon project
e.g. reforestation, grassland
conservation, methane capture
Carbon project is
reviewed & validated
by a government or
independent body
Purchase allows ecopreneur to
recoup costs & scale positive
impact
existing projects can continue and new
projects can be developed
Carbon project issues carbon credits
1 carbon credit = 1 tonne of CO2
or equivalent
reduced or removed
Organizations buy credits to
compensate for emissions
they can’t yet reduce
as other emissions reductions efforts are
also underway
