Volunteers are as healthy as 5 years younger non-volunteers. An Open Door Day gives employees a chance to see that kids from orphanages are happy kids living their lives the best way they can. To create a connection with them. And for kids to see the glass foundry and fascinating process of glass-making. Crystal heart – a symbol of kindness and connection. A small gift to every participant of the regular once-in-a-year gathering Fairies x Preciosa. A reminder that you have someone who cares about you. On regular basis. We understand the benefits of week-to-week visits. PCL gives us a chance to shorten our workday (paid leave) and enables us to give kids the ultimate gift – pure attention. It brings spark and light and changes optics how we see the world. We bring light into life. With colleagues, we come up with different games and activities for kids. We meet and talk outside regular working duties. We communicate and build the team. Coordination between Preciosa Lighting and Good Fairies to make the process as natural as possible. Organization and communication within Preciosa. Website to quickly sign up for particular days. Come and play– do not worry about anything, just come and give your time to the kids.
