2016
We are welcoming you to join our CSA. We
will provide a box of fresh certified organic
fruit, herbs and vegetables on a weekly basis
for 15 weeks starting June 30th to October 6th
This year we are happy to provide a 20 box
program which will reflect a more seasonal
diet including 5 chickens and preserves. After
the 15 weekly boxes the 20 box program will
continue to be delivered to your home every
second week starting October 20th, November
3rd, and 17th, December 1st and 15th.
A CSA doesn’t always allow for the produce
we want when we want it. However, it always
allows the access to fresh, organic seasonal
produce that nature provides when she pro-
vides it. A weekly newsletter informs of what
can be expected each week and ideas for how
to enjoy it.

How do I share?
There are two shares available. The price
for a weekly 15 box share is $500.00 for a
farm pick up and $550.00 for a city pick up
at a drop off point near you.
A 20 box share is weekly for 15 weeks,
then continues every second week from
October 20th until December 15th.
A 20 box share is $825.00 and includes
home delivery.
A limited number of additional egg shares
are available for either program. With your
member’s discount, they are $4.75/dozen
15 weeks of eggs is $71.25 and 20 weeks
of eggs is $95.00.
You can make payment by cheque either as
a lump sum or with post dated cheques.
The 1st cheque for $275.00 will hold your
place. The 2nd cheque should be dated for
June 30th
For the 20 box program, the 3rd cheque
should be dated for September 1st.
If you want eggs, add the appropriate
amount.
This share price is non-refundable. We
need to determine how many shareholders
we can accommodate when we purchase
our seeds in January. We start our plants in
our certified organic greenhouse. Please
sign up early so we can plant enough for
everyone.
Shared farming is about community.
*You get ultra fresh, certified organic
foods.
*You get exposed to new vegetables
and new ways of cooking.
* You develop a
relationship with
the farmer who
grows your food
and learn more
about how food
is grown. *You
rekindle the an-
cient wisdom of
the benefits of
eating locally
and seasonally.
*You connect
with nature’s
best practices.
Our chickens spend the summer out-
side. They scratch, till, fertilize and
provide eggs-tra benefits.
Is the CSA for me?
We look forward to this venture together
and thank you in advance for your
support You will receive a letter of
confirmation once we hear from you
along with further information and news
from the farm.
