Our survey showed that the age of our audience I'll be
between the ages of 16 and 25. Therefore the adverts. the
music and the features that we play must appeal to our
target audience of 16-25 year olds. i.e. Prank Calls.

When we analysed the results from our survey we found out that the
most favoured genre of music from the public is Rock and Pop.
So in creating our playlist we have selected songs from the
Rock and Pop genre, as we know that is what the majority of
listeners will enjoy.

When we advertise our show we will in force the fact that will be
broadcasting with a webcam, which will promote our radio show as
different and more entertaining for the audience.
The majority of our audience (77%) never listen to radio via webcam so we
are of course going to use webcam as a support.
However, we will not be relying on it as a mode of
communication with the audience.
We will focus more on the audio than the visuals.

The 3 of the highest responses for the publics favourite feature on a radio show
were Live Music, Interviews and Prank Calls.
Therefore the features on our radio show will be a Live Band (The Riot
Act), who are a rock and pop group, which also applies to the genre of music
our target audience prefers.
The Riot Act’s fan base has the same age range as our target audience so we
can increase the viewing figures of our show by advertising through them.
Our interview will be with a representative from The Jennifer's Trust to tell us
more about the charity and it's cause, and the Prank Calls feature will include a
short comedy conversation that will entertain our target audience.

listen to radio in the morning or the afternoon.
We would appreciate it if the Stratcast Panel would
consider giving us a time slot suitable for the preferred
viewing time of out audience.
Which will in turn increase the viewing figures for the

So we are going to create a radio show suitable for people
