WORK EXPERIENCE IN UAE
 Presently I am working as Parts man in FAMCO (AL Futtaim) from August 2008.
Duties & Responsibilities from August 2008 till now as Parts man in Dubai
 Receive inbounds in warehouse, processes and create SN through Inventory department, completing
documentation in SAP and Follow-up damages and discrepancies from main branch through mail.
 Creating Quotation and TAB Order for workshop requirement for franchises such as Volvo, Linde,
Yanmar and Ingersoll-Rand.
 Follow-up warranty parts from warranty department through mail, Collecting used cores from
Customers and Service against exchange part issue, as per Volvo Core standard acceptability and
complete transaction in SAP.
 Examine and segregate returned spare parts for defects, and notify concerned department for goods
acceptance, completing return transaction in SAP and also re-checking stock of returned parts that
have been binned.
 Creating STO of parts from branch stock, Processes STO and distributing the parts to other branches.
 Posting MIS & Delivery note of Outbound parts and GRN of Inbound parts and simultaneously
updating binning locations.
 Creating ‘Random stock checking’ list of more than 150 lines, updating the same on weekly basis.
 Preparing monthly inspection of material handling equipment’s & vehicles and submitting report to
warehouse executive.
 Forecasting and ordering the consumables and stationary requirements for warehouse through
administrator.
 Following all safety procedures and ensuring all team members adhere the same.
 Expert International Courier & Door to Door Cargo from February 2005 to December 2007.
