between the users and businesses by helping users locate authentic providers of
the product they are in need of and also helping the businesses associated with us
to market their offerings and goods.
• The app also offers real time tracking of goods and/or servicemen to users.
• Following slides have the detailed analysis of the target markets and marketing
plan for the app “SAYLIVERY, You SAY, we deLIVER”.
• Managing daily household has become a troublesome job for
many as they have to most of the work on their own. You call
electrician to fix something, most of the times they don't
respond, most of them don’t complete the work on time and
ask for extra charges.
• With “SAYLIVERY, You SAY, we deLIVER” app, you dont have
to worry about anything. Book your goods/servicemen,
schedule your delivery/service time according to your
availability at home and we will tell you the price beforehand
according to the service ordered.
• We also have an emergency option embedded in our app. If
you feel anything is wrong with the servicemen, or you are at
any risk, help will arrive within 10 minutes.
• Our main goal is to help our customers with
there desired services within minutes of
ordering.
• To provide real time tracking of the
service/servicemen customer orders for.
• No calls required, open the app, select your
service, agree to the pre fixed price and enjoy
the service.

services effectively and finding target
customers for them.

 This app is targeted for the housewives, who find
it difficult to manage a lot of things at the same
time.
 The service providers and the businessmen who want to expand
their business to their target customers.
 This app is useful mainly for the people living in urban areas. We
are trying to expand our services to rural areas too.

For every successful mobile application, there has to be
collaboration for it to have its firm hold in the market it operates.

• As this app is just an interface for connecting
the needy customers to the service providers,
there is no such company looking after the
efficient rendering of the services. This app is
collaborated with many different companies
and service and goods provider. In any case of
discrepancy, the customer has to contact the
service provider. However, for the safety of the
customers, we have embedded a “Emergency”
button inbuilt in the app.
• Some of the most important competitors of
this app are shown on the right side, but
there is a difference in basic working of the
apps.
• In Justdial the customers are required to call
a hotline number and ask the operator what
service they are looking for (eg. restaurants,
hospitals, banks etc.) and in which area. In
turn the operator will send them an email
and an SMS with the information. Apart from
this, customers can search for the
information of any specific business on the
Website and Mobile App.
Context
• Political Environment: We will evaluate each clients request to ensure
that the service being offered must fall within legal purview and only them
the service request will be accepted.
• Social Environment: Growing more disposable incomes mean more
people entering the target group for the services market. There is a
tremendous scope for aggregator like our app.
• Economic Environment: The overall market for location specific search
is increasing rapidly with more and more people moving into urban areas.
• Technological Environment: Technology has been a great enabler for
most businesses and “SAYLIVERY” is no exception. The web has taken
these services to new heights. Growth in users of this service sees a linear
growth in technology penetration.
CUSTOMER VALUES
• Everyone likes quick service, in optimum cost and less
time. Most of the people today are working and just
don't have time to sit around waiting for their maids or
plumber or electrician. We at SAYLIVERY, value customers
time and their money, hence we provide a unique option,
order your service at your desired time and we also tell
you the price beforehand so that you can decide whether
to or not to take the service.
Once the customer places an order for the service, we
text the customer about the servicemen, his tracking id,
and all the details customer needs to know.

Small/Medium enterprise register at the SAYLIVERY app.
SAYLIVERY team verifies the information provided by the enterprise and
runs a background check, just for the safety of customers.
These enterprises are then offered prime services and sponsored results
for added fee.
Customers download and register in the app for free and look for the
services they are in need of. Customers schedule services at their desired
time and estimated price is displayed on the app once they confirm the
service.
Customers are provided with all the information of the
servicemen/service they ordered for. The services reach the customer on
the time they require. After the service, we provide both the vendor and
customer to rate each other according to their experience,

• The performance of the app can be evaluated
by the number of downloads from Google
Play.
• Feedbacks given by customers and the
vendors can be evaluated.
