4. Logging into ExtraaEdge
You have received an URL to login into the system. It will be in following format:
https://abc.extraaedge.com
Once followed, login into dashboard using your credentials.
*Same credentials could be used to login into MobileApp
5. Adding a Lead into system
There are 4 ways by which a lead could be added into the WebApp
6. - Third Party Add lead
Lead directly gets added from the third party like Shiksha, JustDial, Website
etc. to the system
- Quick Add (When limited number of leads with minimal details need to
be added)
This icon is placed on Top blue bar on the right side. Click the below icon to
add data quickly into the system.
- Bulk Upload (When you have data in sheets)
You can attach sheets directly into the system. Icon is placed on the right
corner
- Add lead form (In case of few leads with details)
When you have data in details. This icon is placed on the right corner

8. Communicating with a lead
When it comes to communication, click on mobile number to send sms and to send email
click on email of a lead. It is that simple
A panel will open on the right side. Either select the template or draft the sms and click on
SEND to deliver it to a lead
9. Changing status
This is very important step to segregate the leads. Once you categorize the leads among these
funnels ( New/CallBack/Walkin/Enrolled/Closed), you will be more efficient to work on the leads.
*Please note there is a mapping between Status & Sub-Status(Reason)
*When a Status is associated with time, changing the status will open an additional panel below i.e.
adding activity ex. Follow up status
10. Adding Activity for a lead
-A lot of people miss the follow ups on Excel because it
doesn’t remind you or allow you to set a reminder/alarm
On ExtraaEdge, you could set an activity for a lead i.e. at
what time, you will be taking actions on this lead. These
actions could be Follow up call, Appointment, Meeting
reminder etc
-An activity is associated with time, so it will display when
you change the status of a lead

A. Yes. You can. Either email or mobile is mandatory. Use Quickadd to add this lead
Q. What are grey & red bubbles near by the prospect name?
A. Grey -- Counselor activities (All activities a counselor has done on this lead)
Red -- User Activities(If a lead has opened/clicked email or sms)
18. Q. I want to send a lead to my fellow counselor. How do I send this lead?
A. Use refer lead option below the Actions button
Q. Can I delete a lead into the system?
A. This right is only given to an admin.
Q. I want to update code values like Status,Course,SubStatus etc. How do I do?
A. An admin can always Update email/sms templates, code values from Settings panel.
Q. There is a lead come for walkin directly. How do I search that lead on ExtraaEdge
A. Use Global search option placed on top bar
