2. C’est quoi une demande terminée ?
Une demande « terminée » a été soit rejetée
soit acceptée par le valideur final (hors archivage)
Responsable CR (dans Cidemis)
ISSN France (dans Cidemis)
CIEPS (dans Cidemis)
Centres étrangers de l’ISSN (via chargement de fichiers Excel)
Si on peut supposer qu’une demande validée ne
l’est que quand la création/correction de notice a
été faite dans le Registre, l’inverse n’est pas vrai.

3. L’inverse n’est pas vrai
La notice peut avoir été créée ou modifiée dans le Registre
puis dans le Sudoc (fusionnée avec la notice déjà présente
dans le cas d’une création, mise à jour dans le cas d’une
modification),mais la demande Cidemis correspondante
non validée dans Cidemis.
Il n’y a pas de lien automatique entre
modification du Registre et modification de
Cidemis. Ce sont deux processus autonomes,
quoi que liés.

4. Pourquoi l’Abes
(comme d’habitude)
ne fait rien
Il n’y a aucun moyen automatique de « pister » les demandes de correction
refusées/acceptées dans les notices du Sudoc et les demandes
correspondantes non validées dans Cidemis.
Il est en revanche possible de « pister »
les demandes de numérotation acceptées
dans les notices du Sudoc
et de clore automatiquement
les demandes correspondantes dans Cidemis
: la base est a priori à jour au 1er juin 2021.

5. Comment pister
les demandes de numérotation
acceptées ?
En utilisant la fonction export du tableau de bord de Cidemis
- Filtre sur les demandes de NUM en état « validées vers l’international » => Export des demandes filtrées.
- Tri dans Excel sur la colonne ISSN : retrait des « vides » (demandes vraiment en cours).
- Identification des demandes pourvues d’ISSN (ISSN qui n’apparaissent pas dans le tableau de bord : bug « en cours
de correction »)
- Upload par le Cieps pour mettre à jour la base pour les demandes de numérotation.
