Study hall checklist for middle school students to keep you on track!

1. Sit down quietly & take out your planner. Do you
need to meet with any of your teachers about
questions or upcoming assessments?
Review your RECORDED assignments. Highlight any
upcoming tests or quizzes.
Remember to schedule time during Flex/Tutorial to
meet with a specific teacher(s) at least 1 or 2 days
before assessments. Be prepared, do not wait until
the morning of the quiz or test to get extra help.
Start your toughest or longest assignment first.
FOCUS – move from one assignment to the next.
If you are finished with everything and need a study
break, read quietly. You can read a book or
interesting article online. DON’T DISTRACT OTHERS.
