21.  AcuTRack Tracking System is an electronic device installed in a vehicle to enable the owner or a third
party to track the vehicle's location.
 AcuTRack combines communications components such as cellular, satellite or data modem
transmitters with GPS, AGPS, Telemetric to communicate the vehicle's location, status reports, and
more to our web-based e-Logistics platform.
 AcuTRack charges the user a monthly subscription only from $25 for a bundle that includes access
to the online e-Logistics platform, tracking service, installation, and optional mapping software.

22.  AcuTRack Vehicle Tracking Systems uses the Global Positioning
System (GPS) and Assisted GPS (A-GPS) modules for accurate
location of the vehicle.
 The automatic vehicle location (AVL) information can be viewed
on electronic maps via the Internet or specialized software.
