This document summarizes the results of a repeated-measures study that examined the effect of a treatment on a group of 9 participants by measuring them before and after receiving the treatment. It calculates difference scores, mean difference, sum of squares, sample variance, standard error, and t-statistic to test whether there is a significant difference between the measurements before and after treatment using a two-tailed t-test at an alpha level of 0.05. Based on the t-critical and t values, it determines whether to reject or fail to reject the null hypothesis that the treatment does not have a significant effect.
