TBN partly owns TKCM, a Water Treatment Plant at Cikokol,
Tangerang, Banten, which operates at 1,250 liter per second
capacity bulk water supplying clean water to PDAM Tirta
Kerta Raharja (TKR) Tangerang. PDAM TKR Tangerang further

PT Sarana Catur Tirtakelola (SCTK)
In December 2013, Potum again acquires shareholdership
of SCTK, a Water Treatment Plant & water distribution

Regency, Banten. SCTK is currently supplying clean water to
Industrial Estates in the Area i.e ; Modern Cikande Industrial
Estates 1, 2, 3 & Pancatama Industrial Estate at only 60 liter
per second capacity. This WTP is sourced its raw water from
Ciujung River, East Serang, Banten which is serving over 100
factories in those Industrial Estates. Currently, SCTK can only
supply approximately 20% to those industries clean water
need. Therefore, with the support from NI through Potum and
TBN it is expected to boost SCTK’s capacity to at least 375

mentioned Industrial Area. The WTP will source its raw water
from the Deli River, and will supply the clean water to 153

PT Telekom Infranusantara
As a part of the Company’s vision to become a well-known
infrastructure company in Indonesia, we are determined to
expand the business into other linked sectors. We proudly
announced the Company’s fifth Strategic Business Unit,
PT Telekom Infranusantara (TI), acquiring the majority
stock in PT Komet Infra Nusantara (previously PT Tara Cell
Intrabuana) to expand the business activities into
telecommunications sector. TI was established under
PT Transco Infranusantara which later changed into
PT Telekom Infranusantara. This company manages the
business of service, selling and building telecommunication
tower. In January 2014, TI has acquired majority share of
PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN).
PT Komet Infra Nusantara
PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN) was established in
February 2009. KIN is an independent Indonesian
telecommunication tower company that owns and
operates telecommunication towers along with other
supporting facilities in North Sumatera, Riau, Batam Island,
most of Java, and Bali. The acquisition of KIN also expands
the Company’s area to several sectors with an incredible
potential and prospect of growth, considering the low
cellular data’s penetration in Indonesia (17 percent in 2012)
compared to other expanding countries (66 percent for
Malaysian and 74 percent for Singapore in the same year).
This acquisition will diverse and strengthen the other four
existing sectors in NI.
As modern

PT Energi Infranusantara (EI)
Established in 2012, EI is a special purpose company with
an objective to invest into the energy sector, particularly in
power plans from renewable energy. Energy is one of
the key requirements for economic development, and the
large gap between demand and supply present significant
opportunities for development in this sector. Combined
with our ideas on environmental preservation, investments
into renewable energy based power plants will place the
Company at the forefront of becoming the leading green
infrastructure company in Indonesia. EI acquired PT Inpola
Meka Energi in 2012.
PT Inpola Meka Energi (IME)
EI signed a Share Subscription Agreement with IME in
2012, where EI acquired 45 percent stake. IME focuses on
the development of Lau Gunung Mini Hydro Power Plant in
Tanah Pinem, Dairi District, North Sumatra Province. The
installed capacity is planned to reach 10 MW (PPA
obtained as per 28th December 2009). This power plant
has a 20 year contract with PT PLN Persero in supplying
energy to Sumatera’s customers through their grid. IME
will also be tasked with managing risks in a partnership
with PT PP (Persero) Tbk, a state owned enterprise to
engage in the construction and investment business.
