To promote the release of a new, limited-
edition Jeep Wrangler, Jeep sought to
launch an immersive, social, co-branded
promotion that followed the themes of
the popular Call of Duty video game
series.
Solution
Jeep Ops mimicked the storyline and
visuals of Call of Duty, where users could
complete missions to earn entries for the
chance to win the first-off-the-line Jeep
Wrangler COD Edition.
Users earned “ballots” for participation,
solving clues, unlocking content and
referring friends, that resulted in
additional chances to win. Various
badges and achievements were
published to users’ Facebook timelines,
tickers, and news feeds.
