"J'ai demandé à la Lune..." Changement Chance Initiative Innovation L’année du Dragon d'Eau noire est inscrite sous le signe des grands changements. Pour de nombreux chinois, le dragon porte chance à tous. C’est l’année où il faut tenter sa chance, prendre des initiatives... Ces bouleversements n'épargneront sans doute pas la sphère du "web" : rien de mieux que d'être informé, accompagné et formé pour faire face à ces nouvelles mutations ! Voici mes voeux sous forme d'une rapide présentation de quelques enjeux pour la nouvelle année : http://youtu.be/Ru3G_lq-UqI Comme Maya Angelou a dit (de façon quelque peu remaniée), ce sont les pensées et les sentiments, ce ‘truc’ humain, qui soutiennent en premier lieu le ‘social business’. Les gens oublieront probablement ce que vous avez dit et ils oublieront probablement ce que vous avez fait… Mais ils n’oublieront jamais ce que vous leur avez fait ressentir et ce que vous leur avez inspiré de faire ! Le futur succès d’une organisation dépendra du degré qu’elle pourra atteindre au-delà de la transaction, dans sa capacité à stimuler et à collaborer avec d'autres à ce niveau. Many Chinese think that the Dragon is a source of good fortune for everyone. This is a year you have to take your chance and to take initiatives. People will forget what you said, they'll forget what you did, but they'll never forget how you made them feel and what you inspired them to do The future success of many an organisation will depend on the degree to which they can raise the bar beyond transaction and stimulate and collaborate with others at that level.
