Build your own dashboard
Familiarize yourself with the metrics cards in front of you 3 min
What goal are you planning to accomplish in your team 1 min
What questions do need to be answered to accomplish the goal 1 min
Identify the few metrics from the available options, that shall be
measured to help you find the answers to your questions

Categorize the metrics into Product or Process parts of dashboard 1 min
Take the dashboard home and experiment your new metrics
• Does it fool me into believing something
that is not true?
• Does it pacify stakeholders?
• Does it fail to drive right behavior?
• Can it be easily gamed?
• Will managers turn this into a target?
• Are stakeholders unwilling to invest in its
improvement?
• What business decision can I make?
