Gonzalez of MG Builders, applicant, representing Gary Jacobs, owner, for the compatibility review of the proposed design located at 203 Grant in order to construct a new single-family residence with attached accessory structure under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010). DATE: December 13, 2021 BACKGROUND INFORMATION The property is zoned SF-A and is located on the north side of Grant at the intersection of Morton. The Architectural Review Board conducted the significance review of the main structure on September 18, 2021 and demolition was approved by Council on October 08, 2018.
