50. Dear Carmen, I will tell you about my holidays. Normally I go on holiday to France because it is close but in April last year I went to Puerto Rico for ten days. I flew from Madrid and the ride was comfortable but very long. During the first week I stayed in the capital and when I reached the hotel the receptionist seemed very uncomfortable and unpleasant but I liked the hotel because it had a large pool where I swam and sun bathed all day. On Friday my friend Tara rented a car and we went to Rincon which is a pretty village on the west coast of the island. We stayed in a very simple hostel in a small room and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but everything was clean and was comfortable so I did not find it unacceptable. During our stay we surfed and we relaxed in beautiful and quiet beaches. On Monday we had to stay in the hotel because the weather was unstable and it rained but we dived on Tuesday morning and went canoeing in the afternoon. It was a fantastic day! The best of Puerto Rico was the music because I love the regatta but I did not like the food because it is very heavy.
