More and more Alsace vignerons are farming their vineyards biodynamically, but Marc Kreydenweiss was one of the first. Thank
Kreydenweiss for looking out for the environment, but also for your hangover. He encourages his wines to go through malolactic
fermentation, believing that lactic acidity is easier on the head and stomach than mailc, and more conducive to difestion.
Tasting Notes
Probably crafted from very ripe fruit, as it shows lots of body and even a bit of smoky, honeyed character. A very aromatic nose of
honeysuckle, pear an d peach and lemon custard. Good palate with notes of backed apples, pear and peach, finishing with more
of a pie crust, nicely integrated with a touch of acidity in the finish.
Food Matching
Drink as an aperitif, have it with salads, crab on toast, the bream.

A great alternative to a white oaked Burgundy or expensive Viognier. White wine from sandy soils in the Rhône; it spends 7 to 8
months in oak to give it a rounded richness.
Tasting Notes
Loaded with creamy stone fruit flavours and a touch of wet stone. Very rich, round and deep but with enough acidity to shine
with food.
Food Matching
Roast chicken; rich fish (like turbot or monkfish); creamy pasta or even a big steak.

Francoise Feuillat-Juillot is one of the many talented female winemakers giving life to Burgundy. This blend of 5 Premier Crus in
the AC of Montagny is concentrated, minerally and fresh. Alcoholic and Malolactic fermentations are made in the vat (with
temperature control) and also in small oval. The wine stays in lees from 8 to 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Elegant nose of delicate aromas of floral blossom, fresh herbs and a touch of white pepper. In the mouth notes reminding of fern
and flowers with a good amount of richness in the mid palate and good length.
Food Matching
Scallops, Salmon, Turbot, Bream, Monkfish.

One of the oldest estates in the Languedoc, dating back to the 14 th Century. Fermented and aged in lined concrete vats using
selected yeast prior to ageing for 14 months.
Tasting Notes
Notes of black fruit and very true to type. Wild on the nose; with bramble and sweet spice, more structure on the palate than the
nose suggests. Mineral and taut on the finish.
Food Matching
Meaty food, cheeses and even fleshy fish.

Aged in a combination of first, second and third year oak, this sensational wine is full bodied, richly tannic, but in a very
attractive and drinkable fashion, and immensely satisfying. The estate is organic, no herbicides are used, there is no spraying
against rot and only organic compost is used.
Tasting Notes
Dense colour, fine aromatic floral tones, lovely black fruits concentration with subtle chocolate and oak influence and very juicy
fresh succulent red and black fruit and mulberry quality with a hint of mineral saltiness in the finish, showing ripe tannins.
Food Matching
Casseroles, game and fowl, barbecued meats.
