• More than just citation generators
• Zotero: "personal research assistant"

Once only a Firefox plugin; data stored locally.
Now:
• Plugins for Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
• Standalone client for Mac, Windows, and
Linux
• Sync to cloud; web-interface available.
