• Raise tickets, provide updates, and share RFOs and other assistance as asked by customer.
• Attend customer and internal queries/concerns via Email.
• Knowledge of CRM like Remedy and Viznet.
• Also use of portals like SVP, MRTG, Wireless One, Putty and Spotlight.
• Train new team members with Team process and basic tools.
• Handle the Escalated mails and ensuring a proper and timely response.
• Checking connectivity of links and first level troubleshooting on VPN, ILL circuits.
• Handling customer complaints with proper escalation follow-up.
• Analyzing repeat complaints and taking proactive measures to reduce the number of trouble tickets and
enhancing resiliency in the customer network.
• Guiding customer on the utilization reports and traffic analysis.
• Getting the other issues related to billing, commercials or delivery escalated within the organization for
speedy resolution.
• Handles the escalated mails of the customer in respect to any network related query.

Description: The objective was to create an automated system for cargo trading through
waterways. The system eliminated the burden of doing paper work with the help
of creating a database which was user friendly and easy to operate. It made data
storing process very easy and kept all necessary information saved safely.

Role: Individual project
Tools: Salesforce14, Apex Language, Visual Force Pages, Triggers, Apex Data Loader,
Workflow, Reports and Dashboards, Approval Process & Security Settings.
Description: This involved designing of an application which could be used by the sales and
finance teams in a collaborative workspace in order to assess the revenue impact
and also to calculate the Daily Revenue Metric on the basis of the information
given by both the departments regarding the old revenues.
