As members of Educational Systems FCU, you have the opportunity to elect members

of our Board of Directors. Two incumbents are eligible for re-election this year to serve
on the Board.

The following directors, Dr. Jerome Clark and Mr. George Denny, have indicated to
the Nominating Committee their desire and ability to continue for another term of
three-years on the Board of Directors. After careful consideration, the Nominating
Committee has nominated these individuals to the Board of Directors. Each candidate
has agreed to serve if approved by the general membership.

Members may petition, the board’s secretary, if they wish to include additional names
for nomination. Valid petitions must be signed by 1% of the members (374 members)

Two incumbents are eligible for re-election this year to serve on the Board. The following directors, Dr. Jerome Clark and Mr. George Denny, have indicated to the Nominating Committee their desire and ability to continue for another term of three-years on the Board of Directors.
