 The explosion of the SAMSUNG GALAXY
NOTE 7 resulted in the recalling of the
phones. some specific phones that were
overheating lead to the cause of
explosion. The analysis of the engineers
concluded that lithium-ion batteries from
one of the suppliers had a fault. Part of
the battery’s inside coiled incorrectly;
hence, caused stress to the battery & had
caused explosion the SAMSUNG GALAXY
NOTE 7 sets..

 In the failure of the SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE
7 .It was estimated that it lead to revenue
loss of over $5 billion.but due to its brand
name company could survive due to its brand
name.

 The failure also attracted the
lawsuits against the company
that had taken place with the
people. It was just because
their product had a failure so
there was a need to recall
and replacement of the
SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 7.
 Some airlines in the U.S. do
not allow passengers to use
passengers to use the
Samsung phones onboard their
planes. because of the
damages and injuries .

galaxy note 7 had some coiling issues .

issues that’s why it was redesigned as
GALAXY NOTE FE in South korea at a price of
3200 mAh battery to solve the issues at$607.

 When producer thought to redesign the product
he tried to recover his coiling issues in internal
structure of the phone .
 Also he introduced new features to make it more
attractive .
 he also think to change the Name of the product
 Since Samsung is a Good brand company so they
tried to change the prices of the product so that
their customers can forget their defective
product and they can aquire a good market
again.
 Publishing of the phone was also done in various
Media at that time to avoid price penetration in
new product .
