• Issues are organized, analyzed and
displayed on platform based on location,
category and severity for the media and
public to view.
• Issues Analysis report is periodically
published in media - print & electronic – to
bring issues to a “bigger audience” (Municipal
Authorities) and build public pressure.
• Enable citizen participation & discussion of
their problems on the digital platform, and
Request municipal officers to also get
involved in discussion.
