  3. You may be tested today at level 7 what will you be in a week? In a year? What does level 7 mean?
  4. Ask us harder questions
  5. You are now aware of these ideas? All teachers are meta learners eg if they use their knowledge to learn and harness this growing knowledge to assist others learn to the best of their potential – that is the challenge!!
  6. The DATA does tell us things. But it is often divorced from us as teachers, we need to use it to help us pose questions which we will answer in our schools/ classrooms. Eg national data says that in writing boys trail behind girls
  7. Implications for you For your learning! Do you know those things? Big challenge for you ---- to challenge all pupils Common misconceptions, assessment for learning Do national trends apply in your class – poses a question What is the span of attainment /achievement in science in your class? At interview?
