ON-THE-JOB TRAINING EXPERIENCE
April-May 2009 (200 hrs) I was tasked to perform drug dispensing,
Mercury Drugs Corporation including reconstituting, repacking,

and recording and joined in the semi-
annual inventory. Gained
knowledge in different dosage forms, on
generic and brand names of the
pharmaceutical product and the
manufacturing company they came
from, and practiced patient counseling.
All of these under the supervision of a
registered Pharmacist.
March to May 2010 (200 hrs) My training experience in a hospital
Fort Bonifacio General Hospital pharmacy gave me a chance to practice
Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City more drug dispensing together with
patient counseling. This training
also gave me knowledge on the different
areas of the hospital to which we dispensed
individual prescription order
to the patient. I am also trained to
know all the different pharmaceuticals available
in the hospital pharmacy that are different
to those who are in the community
setting. Also gained knowledge in product
encoding and inventory.
April to May 2011 (200 hrs) This internship provide me knowledge in
St. Martin Pharmaceutical Lab., Inc. the different areas of the manufacturing
