1. THE GLOBAL SPIRITUAL SPHERE
Who am I? This is a question that mankind has been asking from the very
beginning of its existence. According to his intellect, which develops and
changes with time, man thinks he is becoming increasingly intelligent.
However, the question: “Who am I?” still remains. Modern man asks this
question as he did earlier, regardless of whether or not he is successful in
society. “Who am I?” With this he goes to sleep and with this he wakes up.
In his search for an answer man searches more and more deeply inside
himself and arrives at different explanations of the reason for his existence,
once again according to his intellect, but this time according to something
else as well – his expectations. In the end this transforms into – self-
deception. The reason being that here exists an element of subjectivity.
However, each man is an integral part of something and the true picture of
“who I am” can never be found within himself.
Who am I? In a social, emotional, physical and mental context?
We assume that in his search for an answer, man accepts the emotional
level as the dominant one. He concentrates on that level and searches for
his significance, for his good and bad sides. Does anything about him
change when he does this? Yes, there is a definite change, but is today’s ‘he’
any different from the ‘he’ of yesterday? In actual fact it is not – he is
precisely the same man who has simply changed his shirt. He has put on a
blue one instead of a yellow one. But his essence has remained the same.
And he is still confronted by the same question, regardless of the colour of
his shirt.
The pinnacle of this essence always has been and always will be what man
calls ‘faith’. It is a ‘state’ he does not understand. He definitely thinks that
he senses faith, but he is quite unable to understand what it is and that it
affects him. And what is most interesting is that man uses all his hopes,
expectations and ignorance alongside that ‘something’ that he calls Faith.
Man has never been taught to believe. In fact he has always been
supervised, so that he can be controlled. Perhaps he will never learn to

2. believe, but even so, the phenomenon of faith or spirituality still exists as an
integral part of him.
In order to understand this better, let us compare this man and his inner
state with an orchestra. Perhaps music is the easiest way of explaining the
path down which he should go.
Imagine an orchestra with 100 instruments. The quality of the music we are
going to listen to depends on each instrument and each musician
separately. If each musician is in harmony with his instrument and is an
expert at what he is doing, then in the end we will get music that completely
controls us and forms the state we are in. However, it is sufficient for just
one of these 100 instruments to play a wrong note for the music to
disappear. It literally ceases to be music. Instead of enjoying the music, our
whole attention is automatically focused on that wrong note.
…One instrument is sufficient to spoil the entire music. Not only does it
spoil it but it also begins to dominate the system. At that very moment, the
system itself focuses on that wrong note in order to eliminate it.
Whatever the case, the music is no more!
If we take this example as the essence of harmony on this planet, then man
with all his instruments functions in precisely the same way. Physical
harmony is one instrument, emotional harmony another… each instrument
has to be played perfectly and in harmony with the other instruments. It is
extremely important to understand that no one instrument is better or
worse, or more or less important than another. It is only when all the
instruments are playing in harmony that we get the music that we call
Spirituality. Where spirituality itself is not an instrument, but a state –
music. In order to arrive at such harmony in man, a path called a ‘Sphere’
has been created. It is the path along which one approaches this music. The
path along which, at different levels, one learns how to ‘play each
instrument in one’s own orchestra’ and at the end of it one arrives at
harmonic spirituality!
It is a well-known phenomenon in nature and the universe that each
frequency that exists, exists everywhere at one and the same time. Imagine
that what you accept as the air around you is not air, but a ‘living organism’

3. that consists of a collection of all the possible frequencies that exist in the
world, and perhaps even outside planet earth. This is a ‘sea of wonders’.
Every living being finds itself in this sea and in profound communication
with it. Man included. In addition – man possesses consciousness, with the
help of which he is able to recognize these ‘wonders’ more and more
discerningly, to interpret them in a comprehensible and acceptable way and
to call this, for example, technological evolution. The human brain itself,
with all its achievements, is the source of frequencies that are unique in
nature.
These waves of the human brain also flow into this ‘sea’ and accumulate in
the upper stratum of the atmosphere, which is called the Infosphere. We are
going to call it the ‘Global Spiritual Sphere’. It is a biological database that
operates within the diapason of the functioning of the human brain. We are
all connected to it and to each other – like wireless Internet. In order for the
waves not to get mixed up, your ‘I’ and your privacy are protected. The very
fact of our existence as separate units presupposes the constant reception
and transmission of waves in the ‘Global Spiritual Sphere’. We are
permanently connected and the current always flows in both directions! Can
you imagine the diapason of possibilities if one consciously takes part and
acts in accordance with this communication? In the broadest sense – the
possibilities are infinite!
The ‘Global Spiritual Sphere’ is never the same. Billions of changes are
taking place in it at every moment. The ‘Sphere’ is evolving constantly and
infinitely!
As the ‘Sphere’ evolves – so does man evolve and vice versa: as man evolves
– so does the ‘Sphere’ evolve.
Man has stepped into the ominous 21st century! Alongside all the
predictions and forecasts of the radical changes that face the human race,
one essential change has already begun to take place. Not on the outside
but inside man himself, and this is a mutation and evolution into a new
man – the Man of the ‘New Age’, with new rules, priorities, morals and
understanding. This phase of human evolution will pass with delicate and

4. often painful changes at all levels of existence in the fields of both matter
and biology.
Each one of us is in a state of evolution. Put your ‘past’ on one side of the
scales and your ‘future’ on the other and watch what happens. With most
people the ‘past’ will be heavier, because it is richer, full of memories and life
experiences. At the same time, the ‘future is realistically empty and
possesses none of the above-mentioned values. This is why man
unknowingly values his past more than his future and in time becomes
dependent on his past, on something that no longer exists. However, time
waits for no man – it continues on its way and leaves man behind. The man
of the ‘New Age’ is he who will understand that each ‘future’ will eventually
become the ‘past’. The future is a place that holds new secrets, new
achievements and a new understanding of oneself! To make possible a
precise and progressive growth in man’s understanding of his own self and a
high-quality correlation with the Sphere, a spiritual, developed system has
been created, one which is called precisely that: the ‘SPHERE’. The
SPHERE’s motto is:

FIRST STAGE (four levels)
1. Red level
Physical Harmony
The man of today is not trained to observe his inner self. He does not know
that he feels himself to be a single completed entity. For example, he does
not consciously sense the ten fingers on his hands, which exist as an
organism, in harmony with all other cells. He feels his finger far more
strongly when he injures or loses it. At the same time, he feels the remaining
nine considerably more weakly, which indicates that his sense of his own
self is far from being complex. Your body operates autonomously and

5. completely independently of you. In some respect it even defends itself
against your influence, because you have never devoted yourself to
understanding your body as a complex living organism, in which every cell
also lives its own life. At the red level, with the right exercises, you can
familiarize yourself with your body’s energy. Step by step. Your
consciousness gets to know your body and its energy flows. And the body
does not fight against this. In this way, at the end of the red level, there is
physical harmony in which the body and the consciousness are balanced, in
which consciousness does not interfere with the body processes. In this way
a series of harmonic notes is created, by means of which the body and head
are in energetic resonance.
2. Orange level
Astral harmony
Everything man wishes to explain, he explains solely on the basis of his
feelings. The spectrum of feelings that he uses is relatively poor and limited.
It is limited according to his own needs. What interests man is: I want/I
don’t want, it’s nice/it’s not nice, love/hate, it hurts/it doesn’t hurt. That is
all. However, the emotional possibilities of the very structure of man are
much greater and the natural emotional spectrum is a hundred times
richer. Imagine a painter who paints in only ten colours and then imagine
the same painting and same painter who now uses a spectrum of 100
different colours. What is certain is that the second painting will be far more
precise, accurate and rich. The second level is just the same – getting to
know and enriching your emotional spectrum, in which your ‘I want/I don’t
want’ are not the basis or dominant aspect of your emotions! The starting
point is: Is this the case or can things be different?
You will certainly be asking whether at this level one learns to put one’s
emotions under control. What is understood by control is the brush with
which you are painting your picture. In order to put your emotions under
control, you need to learn how to use your brush – how to develop this

6. ‘instrument of control’. But first you must do special exercises in
understanding and broadening your emotional spectrum and in getting to
know your emotional ‘I’. Only then can you start to ‘paint’!!!
3. Yellow level
Physical harmony
The psyche is a very important and delicate instrument. When we say
psyche, we mean the place where the ‘I’ is to be found in its entirety. The
psyche is not part of the body, it is its coded form, its receptor. However, it
is the ‘I’ not in ‘Who am I?’, but in ‘What am I?’. How is my Conscious
performing? At the yellow level you become familiar with the fundamental
parts of your instrument, you work at cleansing and refreshing every part
the instrument is made up of during your growth and development. Various
factors have influenced the way it has been formed: social surroundings,
family, mentality, geography – as well as the sum total of all your complexes.
Refreshing and adjusting the psyche is very important as it enables your
system to function. Without it, it will continually play the wrong notes,
which is what happens with most people.
4. Green level
Spiritual harmony
Spiritual or inner harmony. Here we are speaking not about the music that
already exists, as was explained in the Sphere, but about the instrument or
‘ear’ which ought to be in a state in which it can hear and recognize the
richness of this music. This ear is quite seriously blocked. The ‘ear’ is the
instrument for receiving and transmitting spirituality. At the green level it is
serviced and maintained and the operative quality of the receiver is
improved.

7. HARKEY I
This 4th level completes the first degree of development. Each of the four
instruments has been cleaned and adjusted, but they still have not been
played together. A new technique has to be practised. This is why a
universal exercise has appeared, which gathers together and joins all four
levels. This exercise is called HARKEY I (harmony key executor I). Repeating
this exercise increases the quality of the 4 instruments when functioning
together.
SECOND STAGE (LEVEL 2)
5. Blue level:
Mental harmony
The next step is mental operativeness. This is a world of its own. An infinite
world with a billion signals which travel simultaneously and parallel to each
other. When you look, as many signals again flow through your eyes. Add to
this everything you hear, smell, touch… All this has to be processed in the
shortest possible time! Your mental state, or that processor situated in your
head, is constantly channelling, sending, challenging, filtering, connecting
and operating entirely on its own. This is where a miniature module of your
reality is formed; that which you call ‘I’ - my thoughts, my feelings. At the
blue level we practise and thus increase the precision of the workings of our
mental functions.
6. Dark blue level
Regaining consciousness
After the blue level, the conscious parameters and brain functions are in
harmony. Now it is necessary to connect them with all five instruments. By
consciousness should be understood each note played by each of the

8. instruments we have been practising with. There are no longer those
impulsive ‘I want/I don’t wants’. There is an understanding of needs and
essentials.
Regaining consciousness… the word itself tells us that at this level you have
become conscious of the existence of something you have not been
conscious of up to now… Yourself in a more profound and basic sense.
HARKEY II
This is where the second degree ends. There is just one exercise. The
exercise is called HARKEY II (harmony key executor II). With this one
exercise, the functioning of all six levels together is trained. The music
changes its tempo, rhythm and melody. By now it is not the same music it
was at the first level. It has become more modern, perhaps more
complicated – different, because you yourself have now changed.
THIRD STAGE (LEVEL 2)
Purple level
Realization
Now, having made ourselves what we are today, we must not forget that
each one of us is the outcome, the consequence of something. Of our
parents, our ancestors, our geographic origins etc. At this level, all the
instruments you have been adjusting have to accept that you have origins.
These origins are extremely important because they form the basis on which
your instruments were created. With Realization we will receive the richness
of our past – not the richness of our life up to now, but that from which we
were originally formed. It is situated deep inside us and needs to wake up.
Perhaps this richness is really so great that it should be used in the
interests of its continued development? The richness that has been
gathering in your cells for thousands of years!
This realization of your basic elements is exciting, but it is far from simple…

9. 8. Pink level
Harmonization
Pay attention… This past, which is your foundation stone and which formed
you, has in fact, with time, become a passive part of you. At the previous
level it was activated and it offered you the richness you possess, but you
are unaware of the value of this richness. At this level the richness of your
past harmonizes with the ‘I’ of today. New instruments are added to the
orchestra; they have been in the storeroom, covered in dust, but they still
have a rich, beautiful and unique sound. The sound of the orchestra
becomes distinctly recognizable.
HARKEY III
Now we have such a well-formed orchestra, the time has come to try some
higher notes. New notes – new music. New in every respect. Because there
are a large number of instruments playing it. Harkey III (harmony key
executor III) is a great connoisseur of itself, and it practises just one
exercise, Harkey III.
Never before have you been able to even imagine that you could do such an
exercise. Harkey III has just one ritual initiation and that is a subtle
adjustment of the instruments in question, or the instruments joining in
before the music starts. This initiation is the Key to playing the following
composition.
FOURTH STAGE (LEVEL 2)
9. Bronze level
Verbal Spirituality

10. Now we have a man who has devoted years to his development and
understanding and who certainly lives a fuller life. He is a man who thinks
differently - far more broadly and far more productively.
But is he of good enough quality to be able to talk about it? And what do we
understand by ‘talking about it’? Every one of his words is in a coded form of
this music - or parts of this music - with all the components and harmonies
that the human word possesses. This means that verbally he sends out
something that enters another man, is decoded and sets off in him all the
desired parameters. Verbal spirituality is obviously one of the most difficult
and complicated levels. This level is a very important parameter of
consciousness.
10. Silver level
Spiritual Freedom
At this level, man knows how he ought to think and how he ought to
communicate with the world. When you know and are able to do a great deal
– then freedom is vast. But it is in these conditions of freedom that man very
often gets lost. Because he can go left, he can go right, he can go up and he
can go down. To know what is right for me today and at any given moment
is far from easy. The final level is devoted to man’s final adjustment.
It is the constant upkeep of all his instruments in a perfectly adjusted state.
They are played professionally, but their tuning is altered and they lose their
precision. The tenth level is a complex exercise in which one learns how to
fine-tune one’s instruments even while the music is being played. And what
music you play – you decide. But the instruments must always be in a
constantly fine-tuned state. This state is called – Spiritual freedom! When
you are in this state you are always finely-tuned and are on an optimal
course. Fine-tuning and control are essential. Otherwise, without your being
aware of it, your emotional instrument, for the very reason it is so rich, will
play too loudly. It will play correctly, but will be more dominant than it

11. needs to be. And now imagine this: everything in the orchestra is perfect,
but one violin stands out above the rest. It is being played perfectly, but it
stands out. It is still super music, but we are interested in not just this
violin, but in the harmony of the whole orchestra. When you arrive at
Spiritual freedom, then you become the conductor of the orchestra on whom
the complexity and final harmony of the music - which is called Faith –
depends. What you believe in is your choice, but how you are going to
believe you already know, because you have become the conductor of your
own very special orchestra.
HARKEY IV
This is a basic exercise that connects all the levels and enables you to
practise conducting. First you learn how to conduct and then, with the
conductor, the music starts. Harkey IV (harmony key executor IV) is an
individual exercise, because your instruments differ completely from
someone else’s instruments, and the diapason of your music is different.
You have the key to yourself, the sphere has given you access to it and your
communication with the sphere is perfect. You play any music you can get
from the sphere that is in harmony with your personal parameters.
Now you are a complete man of the ‘New Age’. Welcome to the future of the
human race.
SPIRAL
However, there is one more level. It is not for everyone. The level at which
you become a Composer. A person who makes music. A person who
possesses the possibility of taking something from the sphere and turning it
into something for the performers, to make things easier for them. This level
is called the SPIRAL (spiritual alternator). Not everyone can be a spiral, nor
does everyone need to be. But those who sense that they want to be one and

12. are able to write music will become a spiral. They will be initiated and
trained to be a spiral, but this part will remain a secret until you arrive at
this level.
The Sphere is waiting for you – set off to meet it.
