EXPERIENCE
2010 – to date
Consorcio Aguayo EIRL Owner of consulting enterprise and company of BIM services for the construction industry in Peru. Projects
of training, design, interferences, restructuring, purging of RFIs pre-construction and during construction, 4D with construction
management softwares and more BIM services for private construction businesses, building developers and engineers of many
fields. Clients in Perú such as Graña Montero, AsperSUD, Ascensores, Bavaria, CAP, CIP, Dechini, FMT, GMI, Saga, Velcco, just to
name a few.

 I was managing the BIM side of every project, from distribution of tasks per modeler and time planning oriented to due
dates and contracts signedwith the clients.
 Coordination, follow up and control among all the disciplines involved in the project, specially with design, modeling and
interference checks.

 ACOMPLISHMENTS: I introduced Revit and BIM to the company. Thus, I created the BIM department with its
corresponding training of BIM in several platforms to more than 100 engineers in the company, to whom I trained in
everything related to BIM methods of design. The BIM department is actually a success and keeps on generating great
revenue to the company.

 ACOMPLISHMENTS: I introduced REVIT and BIM to the company due to my own self learning since the inception of BIM.
We organized international events where we captured millionaire contracts this is how we created the BIM department and
we hired 30 engineers that I trained and taught everything related to the BIM methods of design. A little while later i ended
up training the whole company, about 100 employees spread out in 3 offices in 2 countries. The BIM department is still a
success and keeps ongenerating great revenue to the company.
2002 -2006

generallayouts ofelectricalnetworks for securityand fire protectionwithsmartresponders andcontrols.
Eagle PRECAST (Virtual design of pre-cast pieces for buildings and structures) Started as a draftsman and finished as the Drafting
team leader.

Freelance During this period of time i did numerous designs in AutoCAD for different firms, in various applications such as 3D
mechanical pieces, architecture, plans, sections, elevations, views, special renders, marketing and publicity, TV commercials,
construction companies, etc.
