  13. Nalchha, Dhar – Madhya Pradesh Women in agriculture – Migration of men as agriculture becomes unproductive Rainfall during monsoon months has shifted from 3-4 months to 2- 3 months. There has been a shift from traditional crops to cash crops. Due to the unpredicted rains, the farming cycle has changed & farmers have incurred losses due to Soybeans crop failure.
