the project, setting up operations & systems.
 Played a vital role in:
o Working at various levels to lay down building blocks for green venture such as recruitment of key personnel and
establishing SOPs and procedures for manufacturing & sales & preparation of business plan
o Preparing new verticals such as Life Sciences, Performance Coating and Energy Material Division.
o Instrumental in Equipment Qualification, Process Validation and setting up of Manufacturing as per GMP
Standards.
 Established the Quality Assurance and Compliance Division in the organization

o Laying the roadmap for organization for ISO 9001/14001/18001 and GMP compliance
