Solution okay so 11:15 to 11:45 is 30 mins so if one man shows up any time in between there before 11:35 then the other man would have to show up some where in a 10 to 20 min section of time following him to be 10 or more mins later then the first man. Prob= 2/3 that one man would have to wait more than 10 min.
