* Following and addressing need of Leads and Clients via e-mail.
* Creating an e-mail Newsletter and monitoring attrition, read and conversion rates.
* Lead Generation via researching which cities and municipalities are seeking new parks.
* Proposal customization.
* Pricing Research.

2. Qualifications:
Preferably a college graduate of computer , Business, communication, Administrative and other related
courses
Preferably with work experience (not just online, but general work experience is good enough)
Must have willingness and intelligent enough to learn
Responsible and Dedicated
Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional English communication Skills
Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
Able to think independently
Dynamic, outgoing Personality
Computer literate
Able to multi-task
Average typing speed
Preferably With Call Center Experience as virtual assistant but not required
