The document describes the design choices made in creating a PowerPoint presentation about the element Francium. These include: 1) Choosing a classical background music to create a relaxed mood and help the audience understand the content. 2) Consistently using the same title font and color throughout to make the presentation professional and easy to comprehend. 3) Editing images by changing colors, brightness, and contrast to suit the audience and theme of the presentation and make information like element names and numbers more noticeable. 4) Adding shapes to images to focus attention on important areas and make the presentation look more polished.

hid a large of an unwanted area on
the top left corner, also, it made it
look more professional and fits the
audience.

4. These 2 first bullet
points are connected
to the pictures, and if
you look at my
original presentation,
I added the entrance
effect accordingly,
each bullet point for
each picture. The first
bullet point for
Marguerite Perey, the
second one for the
Nobel Prize.
As you can and will see, my
back ground for the whole
PowerPoint would not
change, showing
consistency towards the
audience.

5. I followed the
rule of only 4
bullet points per
slide, and 2
pictures per
slide. I also
changed the
information from
the source, to fit
my audience.

6. The pictures on the slide
called “Properties of
Francium” were
saved, edited, and inserted
because it helped further
explain the text on the slide to
the audience.
As you can see, the picture on the left is
the original, I cropped it into the one on
the left, deleting the white, unnecessary
part.

7. I have inserted
an edited
video, so that
it helps explain
the
information in
the slideshow,
as well as fit
the audience
and purpose. I
also added
instructions on
how to play
the video,
making it
clearer.

8. As you can see the contrast between the 2 pictures above,
the one on the left is the original, while the one on the
right is edited using Pain.net. I painted all the particles
black, making it more noticeable. After inserting the
edited version into the slide, I also added a fill for the
bitmap image. The white fill helped the audience see it
easier, and it attracts more attention.
