IV Normal saline (500 ml) & drip set
Add 10 vials of reconstituted ASV in 400 ml of NS & the resulting solution should be
infused over 30-60 minutes. Repeat second dose with 10 more vials, if no improvement is
seen within 1 hour
(ASV for vasculotoxic snakebite: 10 vials of Polyvalent ASV for Russel or 6 vials for
Saw scaled viper as stat infusion over 30 minutes, followed by 2 vials every 6 hours as
