CMS : - The table should be dynamic = automatically changes when a date has past (f.e. Once the appointment has been confirmed by email, it should show “Uw afspraak” -When appointment is clicked an automated email should be sent with a link to confirm the appointment. - Possibility to send an email to the expert. When an appointment is clicked, this pop up shows. The visitor can check/correct his contact details and ask a confirmation email.
The confirmation link should go to a dynamic page which gives an overview of all details of the appointment Timeslot Landline number Reminder time (multiple choice) Once confirmation link is clicked – and the visitor has confirmed his appointment on the landingpage - a confirmation email should be sent to the Administrator (UCB), experts and advocates. The confirmation link only stays active for 24h. In case the appointment was not confirmed within 24h, the timeslot should become available again. The CMS should create one report per week that gives an overview on the amount of appointments scheduled on the upcoming 4 weeks. This report should be sent via email to Anouk.
Once appointment is confirmed via email, the visitor gets the following screen. Here he can fill out his Skype name or phone number and choose when he wants to be reminded. Dropdown : 1 day 1 hour 15 minutes 0 minutes CMS : check if they can schedule an automated email reminder 1 day/1 hour/15min prior to the call
Evaluation form to be sent to the email address of the patient + information on how they could schedule a new call if desired.
