The document discusses a project called HOTEL that aims to identify innovation support models to help guide innovation in changing education ecosystems. Specifically, the project wants to develop analytical frameworks to classify innovations and understand their advantages in pedagogical contexts. It also wants to help innovators properly formulate their ideas to improve adoption and diffusion strategies. The overall goal is to accelerate the speed of innovation cycles in technology-enhanced learning.

3. What does the project wants to achieve?
The project wants to identify Innovation Support Model(s) , that should:
• Provide an analytical framework to classify innovations, and properly
understand their advantage/contribution within a pedagogical context
• Assist decision-makers/funders to pick ‘winners’
• Help innovators to:
• properly formulate their ideas in a way which aids introduction
• highlight lacunae in their diffusion/adoption strategies
• assist them in developing indicators to improve their
diffusion/adoption
• Understand how their innovation fits to current learning practices
• OVERALL: Accelerate innovation cycles’ speed in TEL
