worth living.

• Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort

• Anxiety, agitation or restlessness
• Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements
• Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for
things that aren't your responsibility
