3. Abstrakt
Ky studim trajton rolin e vetëvlerësimit dhe motivacionit të studentëve në
performancën akademike. Përgjatë studimit eksplorohet lidhja që ekziston
midis vetëvlerësimit dhe motivacionit te studentët në performancën
akademike, si dhe faktorët që ndikojnë në rritjen e rezultateve. Në këtë
kontekst, është pasqyruar roli i vetëvlerësimit, faktorët që nxisin
motivimin te studentët ne rritjen e performancës se tyre. Ka shumë
mënyra për t’ju afruar vetëvlerësimit dhe secila mënyrë ka fuqitë dhe
kufizimet e saj për këtë arsye dhe për shkak të natyrave të ndryshme të
stileve sesi mësojnë, studentët duhet të përdorin rrugë të shumfishta të
vetëvlerësimit dhe motivacionit.
Për të realizuar qëllimin e studimit janë përdorur këto metoda: shqyrtim i
literaturës, test të standartizuar përmbajtja e të cili përzgjidhet dhe
kontrollohet në mënyrë empirike dhe test të pastandartizuar.
Një nga gjetjet më të qëndrueshme të studimit është se studentët me
vetëvlerësim dhe motivacion të lartë kanë rezultate të larta në mësime.
Nga studimi I bërë, nga testimet rezultoi që: Studentët me rezultate të
larta : Kanë vetëvlerësim dhe motivacion të lartë,. Studentët me rezultate
mesatare, kanë vetëvlerësim dhe motivacion mesatar. Studentët me
rezultate të ulëta, kanë vetëvlerësim dhe motivacion të ulët.
4. Qëllimi i studimit
Qëllimi i këtij studimi është të identifikojë rolin që luan
vetëvlerësimi dhe motivacioni te studentët në
performancën e tyre akademike.
5. Objektivat
Të vlerësojë nivelin e motivacionit te studentët
Të vlerësohet vetëvlerësimi te studentët
Të vlerësojë lidhjet midis vetëvlerësimit dhe motivacionit
në performancën e studentëve.
Të vlerësojë lidhjet midis aktorëve dhe faktorëve në
arsimin e lartë dhe nxjerrë në pah indikatorët kryesorë të
rritjes së performancës në institucionet e arsimit të lartë.
Të japë sygjerime modeste për t’u marrë në konsideratë
nga studiues, akademike dhe politikbërës në vendin tonë.
Hipoteza :Studentët me rezultate të larta kanë
vetëvlerësim dhe motivacion të lartë.

13. Konkluzione
Studentët me rezultate të larta kanë motivacion dhe
vetëvlerësim të lartë.
Studentët janë më tepër të motivuar së brëndshmi sesa
së jashtmi
Studentët që kanë imazh pozitiv për veten kanë
vetëvlerësim të lartë.
Studentët janë më motivuar të studiojnë me qëllim që të
kenë perspektiva pozitive për të ardhen.
14. Rekomandime
Pedagogët të inkurajohen që të pranojnë autonominë e studentëve dhe
iniciativën e tyre.
Komunikim empatik dhe kuptueshmëri. "Jam me ty, nuk ka gjë', "Dhe
unë mund të kisha bërë të njëjtin gabim", “Shumë prej nesh ndjehen si
ti", “Të shoh sesi mund të të ndihmojë", "E kuptojë se çfarë dojë të
thojë", etj
Theksi të vihet më shumë të studentët sesa qëllimeve të performancës
Vetëvlerësimi të ndërmerret si pjesë e mjeteve të vlerësimit të një kursi
ose të një ushtrimi brënda mjeteve të kursit.
Të sigurohen politika shtetërore dhe lokale për të ekzaminuar sukseset
dhe mossukseset në universitet , në performancën e punës. Këto politika
duhet të ngrejnë, rrisin përgjegjësitë universitetit përmes një sistemi që
identifikon progresin dhe mungesën e gjetur në shkollë.
