Rub a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus essential
oil underneath your nose and inhale.
4. Tomato Juice and Cheyenne
Pepper
Drink a glass of tomato juice with a pinch of Cheyenne
pepper in it. This helps cleanse your system and can
open up your airways.
5. Breathe Right Strips
Use a breathe right strip to help you open up your
sinuses. Personally I had issues with these falling off
and not staying on my nose all night, but they did help
open up my sinuses.
6. Saline Solution
Use a saline solution. You can buy several of these at
the store already in a nose dropper.
