This document provides information about the CONCEDE User-Generated Conference taking place on September 14, 2011 in Oeiras, Portugal. The conference will focus on sharing experiences using user-generated content (UGC) like wikis, YouTube, blogs and Flickr in higher education. Participants will include practitioners, researchers, students and higher education policy makers. The planning of the conference program is open to all contributors who can submit session proposals on the conference wiki. Participants will then rate the proposals and the top 10 rated speakers will be invited to present. Registration is free and all are welcome to attend to discuss boosting the quality and quantity of UGC in higher education.
