9. Terms & Conditions
•
Participation is considered confirmed only when “DSFS” receives the
participation amount in full/letter.
•
Cost of any extra activity elements and giveaways will be additional.
•
100 % of the participation amount has to be released as advance against the
total generated bill along with the purchase order
.
•
Please go through the contract form thoroughly and sign the contract
afterwards.
•
Any cancelation to be made, has to be done 15 days before the event start
date, 25% will be deducted from the contract amount. After this no queries
of cancellation will be entertained.
•
In case of Cancelation or postponement of Event due to any unavoidable
circumstances, DSFS will reschedule the event in 90 Days, the money will not
be refunded to the signed exhibitor
.
•
Decision of DSFS management is final and binding in all regards.
•
