This document summarizes the new features of the Dogwood release of the Open edX platform. Some key updates include partial credit for graded assignments, the ability to preview a course as a specific student type, new LTI integration features, the ability to generate and verify HTML certificates, expanded e-commerce functionality for paid courses and certificates, improvements to the mobile app, a new analytics development stack called edX Insights, an improved search feature, and support for student notes.
