Ingredients:
8 fresh eggs, 1/4 cup white alcohol vinegar, 1 lbs. Paris mushrooms, ¾ cup olive oil, 1
small bunch of chives, sea salt, pepper

Preparation Instructions:
Poaching the eggs: Boil 8 ½ cups water in a large saucepan and add vinegar. Do not
salt the water. Break the eggs over a saucer and glide them, one by one, into the
boiling water. Eggs must stay supple. Cooking the mushrooms: Pour 1/4 cup olive oil in
a pan and add the cut mushrooms. Heat gently. Salt and pepper. Serving: Place 2 eggs
on each warm dish. Cover with mushrooms and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons minced
chives. Pour the rest of the oil over each egg. Add a few grains of salt. Cut the eggs, so
that the egg yolk flows over the dish.
Banana and Nut Salad Recipe




For a healthy, fruity salad, try this dish.

Servings: 2
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients:
3 bananas, peeled and cut into halves, 4 oz. chopped nuts, 6 lettuce leaves, ½ cup
unsweetened whipped cream

Preparation Instructions:
Roll the bananas into the chopped nuts and place them in a tray. Place each banana
on a lettuce leaf and pour some whipped cream on top. Carefully place on a serving
tray. If you like, top with some more chopped nuts.
Strawberry Milkshake




A chilled glass of milkshake in summers is very refreshing and at the same time is also
very convenient to put together. All you need is few crushed strawberries and chilled
milk and you are done in no time.

Servings: 2
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Difficulty Level:Easy

Ingredients:
250gms well washed strawberries, 2 tablespoons caster sugar, 3 scoops vanilla ice
cream, 150ml chilled milk

Preparation Instructions:
Allow the ice cream to soften outside the freezer. Mash the strawberries either by
hand or using the blender. To this add ice cream and milk, blend well. Pour it into tall
shake glasses and decorate each with a slice of strawberry. Serve chilled.
