Participant hereby grants to the American Road & Transportation Builders Association
("ARTBA") the right to make visual and/or audio recordings and still images of Participant and
to use such recording and images along with Participant's name, voice, likeness and biographical
information (collectively, the "Materials") in connection with ARTBA's promotion of safety and
transportation construction.
As a condition of publication and for no monetary compensation, we further request the
nonexclusive worldwide rights to reproduce, distribute, and sell any written or visual material
submitted in connection with your image, in whole or in part, in any media, as part of a any
publication published under the auspices of ARTBA and to license these rights to others.
The above rights include without limitation ARTBA's right to use the Materials in any manner in
ARTBA's print and online media, such as but not limited to ARTBA's monthly magazine
(Transportation Builder) and ARTBA's web site (www.artba.org).
Participant agrees that the rights granted hereunder shall include the perpetual, royalty-free
worldwide right of ARTBA to edit, reproduce, publish, perform, use, distribute and/or otherwise
exploit the Materials as described herein without any compensation to Participant.
ARTBA is under no obligation to actually use the Materials.
