striving for the same results.”
What was the common purpose?
“The redevelopment of Liverpool Central Library and
Archive's Grade 2* listed buildings will create an
imaginative, innovative and dynamic attraction in the
heart of the city's World Heritage Site and St George's
Cultural Quarter.”
